Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Finisher's Warehouse, 2655 N 37th Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85009 ("we", "us"). They cover finisherswarehouse.com, the customer portal, and orders placed with us through the portal, by phone, by email or at the counter. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

The public catalog shows our products and list prices for information. Prices and availability change without notice, stock shown on the site is a snapshot and not a promise, and we correct errors in descriptions, photos and prices when we find them, including on orders that have not yet shipped. Products are sold in the units shown; case and pack quantities are listed on the product page where they apply.

• Online ordering is available to approved business accounts. Applying does not create an account; we review each application and may decline or close an account at our discretion.
• Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to the email address or mobile number on your account. Keep those reachable only by people you authorize to order; anything done in the portal after a valid code is entered is treated as done by your business.
• Orders placed in the portal are requests that we confirm, pick and invoice under the payment terms of your account. Contract and account pricing shown in the portal is yours alone and is not to be published or shared.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses, contacts and requests you submit through the portal. Profile changes take effect after our staff review them.

We may accept, limit or refuse any order, including after a confirmation, when a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, an account is past due, or an order appears fraudulent or unlawful. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund what you paid. Special orders and custom-tinted or custom-matched colors are made for you and are not returnable; see the Shipping & Returns page for the return policy.

Shipping rules, carrier restrictions on solvents and aerosols, and the return process are on the Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment, or when you or your carrier pick up at our store. Arizona sales tax is charged where it applies; accounts holding a valid resale or exemption certificate on file are billed without it.

Many of the products we sell are industrial coatings, solvents, abrasives and spray equipment. Use them as the manufacturer directs, with the protective equipment the manufacturer specifies. Safety data sheets are available on request. We are glad to advise on product selection, but you are responsible for testing a product on your own work and for its suitability to your application.

Class fees are per seat. Classes involve spray equipment and coatings: follow the instructors' safety directions and tell us in advance of anything we should know. If we have to cancel or move a class we tell you as soon as we can and refund or transfer your seat.

The text, photographs, design and code of this website are the property of Finisher's Warehouse or its licensors. You may view, print and share pages for your own information, with this notice attached, and may not otherwise copy or reuse them without our written permission. Brand, product and company names on this site are trademarks of their owners; their appearance here means we stock or service those products, not that the owner endorses us or that we endorse a product beyond what we say about it.

Products carry the warranties their manufacturers give, and we will help you make a warranty claim. Beyond that, and to the extent Arizona law allows, we sell products and provide this website "as is" and disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information on the site may contain errors and may change without notice.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with the site, the portal or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost work or damage to the pieces a product is applied to — even if we were told they were possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the version posted here, with its date, is the one in force. Continuing to use the site or the portal after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
